GCAP has recruited specialty care partners in all of the major clinical specialty areas. The relationships that we've developed with these specialists result in better care for our patients. Your primary care physician will refer you to the appropriate specialist when the need arises.

Specialty Care Teams
Physicians from the specialty care partner groups have agreed to work closely with GCAP on Specialty Care Teams. These teams are a collaborative effort between the primary care provider and the specialty care provider to define optimal treatment standards, track financial savings over time and develop educational programs for physicians. Disease management is the focus of each Care Team. Together, we seek the highest standards of illness recognition and management and focus on maintaining wellness for each patient and for the community.
Ancillary Services
In an effort to increase efficiency, maintain quality, and provide convenient services, GCAP has Physical Therapy, Radiology, Imaging, Laser and Laboratory Services. These services are conveniently located on-site at existing GCAP office Locations
GCAP has also partnered with several other medical groups to offer advanced imaging. These services include PET, MRI, CT and Endoscopy.
