Managed care plans and major insurance companies consider GCAP to be the premier primary care physician group in the Cincinnati area and have this group at the top of their lists for inclusion into their plans. It is important to remember that insurance is considered to be a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the physician, and is not a substitute for payment. Payment of copays, deductibles, and non-covered services are the patient’s responsibility.
